Located on the First-floor level of the hotel, our all-day diner is a sprawling, bistro-style restaurant serving a diverse menu of comfort food and gourmet delights that spans the globe. Daily breakfast buffets pull out all the stops with Indian/Asian/Continental spreads including live stations whipping up eggs to order, hot dosas, pancakes, waffles and more. A special Wellness Breakfast loaded with fruit, buttermilk, egg white omelettes and a Power Bowl Salad (quinoa and cucumber with assorted greens) cater to the requirements of serious fitness professionals. Lunch and dinner at Multicuisine are equally decadent, offering authentic North Indian dishes, Italian classics and Middle Eastern mezze platters. Our Chef’s Signature capsule menu features the region’ breakout hits– as well as rustic chicken curries and vegetables made with locally-sourced produce bursting with the crackling fresh flavour of the mountains. Glass walls of multicuisine separate the restaurant from a wrap-around BBQ area which hosts a scrumptious Kebabs and wines with live music.
